I did some price checking using the post from athriftymom.com 50 items under $1 at Walmart. I didn't look at everything but here were some items that were pretty good and some things I didn't see.

They didn't have
the travel size renu lens cleaner
Nestle Carnation Evaporated milk was not 58c at the walmart I went to
ziploc fresh shield easy zipper bag
I also didn't see Mom's Best natural quick oats for 50c

Yes they had
Dove travel size deoderant (it was powder scent so I didn't get any)
Fleishmann's yeast strips were 1.04 cheaper that listed 40c coupon from ss=64c
not on the list but also a good deal was kingsstarch corn starch 1.27-.40 coupon=.87
Yoplait Delights $2 (I did end up getting them here as oposed to Winco because they had all 4 flavors available)
Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt $2Herbal Essence was 2.97 use b1g1 and $1 from 9/13 RP =.97 ea
Over the moon fat free milk $2 use $1 off coupon=$1 ( I got both the chocolate and regular milk I've only tried the the chocolate and it's really good and smooth)
Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Cookie Dough were 2.43 not $2 as listed use $1 coupon=1.43
Neosporin lip care 3.32 use $3 coupon =.32 listed as 3.23 on the post
