This recipe came from recipezarr.com. I was looking for a tri-tip marinade and found this one. Sorry I don't know who V is : )

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon onion salt
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoons minced dried onions
1 (2 lb) tri tip roast, trimmed
1. Mix all of the ingredients except for beef in large mixing bowl to make the marinade. Place trimmed tri tip in a plastic container and pour the marinade over. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Heat grill to medium temperature.
2. Place tri tips on grill at a 45 degree angle to establish grill marks and cook about 35 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness. remove the tri-tips from the grill and let rest about 2-5 minutes before slicing.

Chocolate-Covered Oreo Cookie Cake
A lot of my recipes come from Kraft foods. Most of the recipes are really easy and good. I especially like desserts. Here is a good one I tried on Sunday.
1 pkg. devil's food chocolate cake mix
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, spftened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups thawed Cool Whip
12 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
Heat oven to 350
Prepare cake batter and bake in 2 (9-inch) round pans as directed on package. Cool cakes in pans 10 minutes. Invert cakes onto wire racks' gently remove pans. Cool cakes completely.
Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip and crush cookies. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading cream cheese mixture between layers. Spread top with chocolate glaze; let stand until firm.
Keep refrigerated.
